Existing investors Eight Roads Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, Dragoneer Investment Group, F-Prime Capital and Cisco Investments also took part in the round.
With this funding round, the company has raised a total of $ 139.8 million to date.
Mint previously reported in April that the company was looking to raise $ 80 to 90 million at a valuation of $ 500 to 550 million as part of its most recent fundraising.
The company plans to use the funding to further expand its presence in the US market while accelerating global expansion into new markets such as Asia Pacific and Europe.
The fundraiser is also designed to help the company invest funds in product innovations, with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI), business solutions, and delivering personalized experiences to corporate customers.
“Whatfix prides itself on delivering a unified digital adoption experience that enables companies to get the full value out of their software tools while empowering employees, customers and businesses. This latest round of funding strengthens our position as we plan to expand our offering globally and continue to provide companies with excellent customer service, ”said Khadim Batti, CEO and co-founder of Whatfix.
Whatfix added that with this round, the company’s valuation approaches $ 600 million but has refused to provide exact details.
The eight-year-old startup is a digital rollout platform that helps companies create and integrate interactive walkthroughs on any website or web application while helping accelerate software rollouts for end customers. Through its suite of products, the company also supports companies with performance support, change management and training.

Whatfix is well positioned with its roster of global clients to become a leader in digital adoption services and we look forward to being part of their journey, ”said Sumer Juneja, partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers.
In the past two years, Whatfix claims to have tripled its sales. The company has also opened three new offices in the UK, Germany and Australia and employs 500 people in six offices around the world.
“After investing for the first time in 2019, we are proud of your journey and look forward to continuing our partnership with Khadim, Vara and the entire team. Whatfix is well on its way to revolutionizing software adoption and the future of work, ”said Shweta Bhatia, partner at Eight Roads Ventures.
