ZOHO: How SaaS flagships Zoho and Freshworks bought right into a protracted battle over alleged theft of concepts

Summary

Freshworks was born in Zoho, but the two SaaS pioneers from Tamil Nadu are at odds over alleged theft of confidential information. Zoho has taken Freshworks to a US court stating that Freshworks employees “used” his knowledge to their advantage. Freshworks is looking forward to the day in court. Well the lawyers are working.
